How to identify the gender of your beetle larva

NOTE: This can only identify rhino beetles and maybe flower beetles, but you can identify stag beetles by ovaries.
You first have to grow your beetle larva to L3 to see this identification spot. As soon as you have him/her in that position(L3), you check on its third-to-last abdominal segment. If you see a little dot-ish thingy, it is a male. If you don't see it, it is a female.

Um...what kind of beetles? Mealworm beetles, stag beetles, click beetles, dung beetles, longhorn beetles....whatchya talking about?
