Throw a bunch in a large container with damp and loose soil. Feed/water the adults, and when the conditions are right males/female pairs will dig burrows, lay eggs, and raise the resulting hatchlings. Make sure there's plenty of large objects mixed in the with the soil, as the earwigs will burrow against these, and also mix in plenty of organic material into the soil, as that will be the only food taken by mothers and their nymphs in their burrows. In the wild (here, at least) they seem to breed seasonally, laying eggs in the winter when it's the wettest.
In my experience they will quickly cannibalize if not provided enough protein, so on top of what @Ponerinecat says I might suggest feeding things like seeds (common birdseed mix is what they seem to feed upon in my yard) or perhaps even dog food to prevent this.
