How risky is having mealworm beetle in with your Ts?

And "No" I didn't put them in for fun. I was feeding this mealworm to my T in a dish and its been super dry and hot here so I misted the tank.

After an hour later I looked and the worm looked like it was dead (drowned) so I took it out of the dirt and threw it in front of the T's burrow, left the room came back it was gone.

The reason why I think it has burrowed is that the T hasn't eaten for the last week so is unlikely it took the worm in that 1-2 minute time.

I digged around for it and wasn't able to find it. If this thing becomes a beetle what risky does it have to my T?

No more of a risk than a cricket. It's just a "crunchier" meal worm with longer legs.
