how often should my new leos eat?
i normally feed leos three-four times a week, but i was feeding my new leos (i just got them yesterday) and the one ate a mealworm, while the other ate 15 of them.

my others used to eat less then ten per feeding. so i was thinking...

should my new ones eat every day?
and is there a limit to how much they should be fed? or should i feed them as much as they'll eat?

I give Carmela Boogy about 10-15 bugs every other day and leave a few Pheonix or Mealies in her little dish so she can eat at leisure. She seems fine with this... not obese and not malnourished either. I've had her about 2 months and she's only shed once, that I know of.

Hope this helps some..

When I kept and bred Leopards and pictus, I kept a dish in the cage with mealworms at all times. I would supplement this with crickets three or four times a week. It worked fairly well for me.

ok. thanks for the info.
right now i have a mealworm container lid in the cage with plenty of mealworms on it incase they get hungry.
im going to feed them a diet of some b. dubia (when my leos are alittle bigger), crickets, mealworms, and the female will get a pinky mouse occasionally. (when shes breeding.)

and im planning on dusting there food twice a week, and gutloading all there food.
