How often to feed a springtail culture?

Hello everyone! I'm getting springtails soon, and I was trying to figure out exactly how much to feed them, but I'm finding a mixed amount- once a day, three times a week, twice a day- It's a little confusing, to be honest. I know it probably depends on how many springtails you have, but I'm just looking for a general number of days.

I use Josh's Frogs "Spring to Life" in an enclosure that's about 16" x 10" x 4". I sprinkle liberally over the charcoal chunks every two weeks. I have a ton of springtails living in there! Then I add some of them to all my T enclosures about once per month.
