How often do you feed a jumping spider to get maximum size ?

Hello everyone I am just wondering how often do you have to feed a jumping spider in order to get to its maximum size. I can only get it to eat twice a week, base on cricket the same size as the body length of the spider. Also if fed high protein item food, like grasshopper for example, will it grow to a larger size ?

Not sure how much variation there is in adult size (depends on gender too), but feeding frequency will also influence life span. I feed mine every week to 10 days and they're doing fine and growing without any issues. Crickets are high protein items as well, but feeding it a variety of food items could give it different nutrients that keep it healthy and maybe even make it grow a little larger than normal.
