How much variation can you get in Armadillidium vulgare?

So about 2 years ago I decided to take a bunch wild invertebrates that live in the same sort of habitat and put them in one of those large plastic rubbermaid storage tubs with a ton of leaf litter. Now there are probably 1000+ Armidillidium vulgare (im not kidding) and I started to notice more variation, I want to start breeding them more specifically so I can get some cool morphs but how far is it possible to go from those grayish ones in the wild? Is there a limit or can I somehow achieve bright colors like orange and brown? Someone please let me know and also how I can achieve this. :)

Orange already exists in the hobby, and brown is fairly common among certain wild populations. Armadillidium vulgare may be one of the most variable isopod species in existence, I haven't seen anything else rival them yet.

I've seen a lot of really cool colorations both online and in person that the hobby lacks, you should be able to notice some trends in the wild population and your captive population that may be of interest.
