my chaco sling molted at least a month ago, and when i tried to feed it it never ate and it still had a fat ab. i look in today and it molted again and now finally has some color. and again, i dont recall it eating, b/c i had to remove all the cut up worms or de-winged moths, or headless / legless crickets from its container. so my question is, do they need to eat a lot, or do they even need to eat at all to molt? :?

They eat as much as they feel like.

I've had a spider or two who have gone molt to molt without eating.

A sling that molts once a month, could go without even drinking between molts. Ya think?
I'm sure they do in the wild..
