Hi freddie,

those are some really great pictures! Just a word of caution, you should be careful feeding those large zoophobas to geckos, as they are capable of damaging the stomach lining or possibly even killing your gecko from the inside. They are really tough animals and because of the fact that leopard geckos dont chew their food, the mealworm gets swallowed alive.

I havent feed her too much with those things. I bought few just for trying and she eats them. I know that they are tough - that's why i usually mug them a bit before giving to her. I have always been thinking though leos doesnt chew it would be almost dead when it goes in her stomach - she bites pretty hard anyway (at least my finger).

Thanks for making me think this too anyway :)

Acctually I do think thats a myth. The acid in the stomach wont be nice to a zoophobas...
