How big do the Giant Morph hissers get?

I just picked up a few Giant morph hissers, and I plan on getting a few more to get a small colony going. I also am getting a bunch of normal hissers.

I was curious to know just how much of a size differance there is? Is it worth keeping them seperate or should I just throw the giants in with the normal colony?

If I do keep them seperatem which I am guessing would be the better choice, after time would it be worth introducing giants to the normal colony to increase their size? Is the gene for the Giant morph a dominant or a recessive one?
