Everything I've read says 4x2x2.
Bigger the better, but 3x2x2 is plenty big for a single animal.
Just for your situational awareness if you haven't already found it yet. Proexotics has a good care sheet for ackies on their website that talks about caging requirements. Jason Kaline of Rare Earth is also a leading breeder for these guys in the US and he keeps trios together in 6X3 tubs or 70 gallon aquariums.
