House-Spider ID, Please!

I have no idea what it is, but it has been living the good life near my roach bin. ;)

That is an Achaearanea tepidariorum or common house spider. They remind me of black widows and they're webs and eggsacks look the same as well. They are harmless though. Nice spider! :D

Yes, a common house spider. They are awesome as they will take prey much larger than themselves. A very cool spider, they also come in a multitude of colors and patterns.

Wow!!!

Cool, I always wanted to know what the scientific name of those were! Yep, they are related to widows, they're in the family Theridiidae (Comb-footed spiders). We have them around here too, I caught a fat one the other day, and waddaya know, nows shes skinny and theres an egg sac in there! Wowee! :D
