That's the second time in a week that someone mentions reading that his species has deadly venom. (Where did you read this incorrect and incomplete information, if I may ask?) This is not the case. The species is medically significant, but as far as I know of, this species has not caused fatalities...Hi
Someone knows more informations about the species Hottentotta caboverdensis?
I had read that they have a deadly venom an also the opposite.
Thanks
Max
I was pondering the thought of keeping a few H.hottentotta's until i heard that lolI woulda rather slam my hand in my car door repeatedly than get hit by an H.h, though I've had both happen the latter is worse. But definitely isn't deadly unless you're allergic or something of course.
Haha, it was totally my fault though, left a chair in front of my invert table beside my invert rack and banged my knee on it and dropped the tupperware it was in and caught the scorp on my bare hand spiderman style and had the stupid idea to close my hand. Not a scary type species to keep at all.I was pondering the thought of keeping a few H.hottentotta's until i heard that lol
I agree. These guys are squirrely, but not like my Andros. The most I get is a skittish scorpion when I do cage maintenance.Haha, it was totally my fault though, left a chair in front of my invert table beside my invert rack and banged my knee on it and dropped the tupperware it was in and caught the scorp on my bare hand spiderman style and had the stupid idea to close my hand.
