I had my glow spots for about 5 months already and they are still not producing. I keep them on mixture of rotten leaves and wood 2" deep. my temps range from 80 -87. I feed them carrots and cereals. I don't know what else to do :(, anyone have any technique on increasing their reproduction rate ? I need expert advise please

The two Lucihormetica sp. in the US are notoriously slow to reproduce, so this is not unusual. Make sure the leaves yoiu are adding are hardwood leaves (like oak), and that the substrate is not too dense (add a little sphagnum moss to it to loosen it up if needed). You might also consider feeding them other veggies and fruits like zuchinni, apple, and occasionally others of the similar consistancy. Also be aware of the moisture in the container- maybe try (if not already) keeping one end moist, and one end dry.

On the flip side, you may be closer to having babies than you know- it could be within the next month. I would also suggest not distrubing them more than once every 5 days to a week if that means anything in your circumstances.
