Finally got one all put together. All the hard effort paid off. Thanks for checking my stuff out in advance everybody!:clap:

Well... I'd say all in all it took about 3 hours of actual labor time to complete the enclosure from measure and map to sliding the backdrop in. Its taken me about 3 weeks to complete due to having to wait 24hrs for the silicone to fully cure before performing the next step and I only work on them on my days off.

Tarantulas attract a dangerous crowd...you never know when someone might pull a glock on your tarantula...;)


Good enclosures nonetheless!

Yeah the acryllic is pretty thick. I got it for free so i couldnt pass it up. Its 3/4" extruded plastic "pretty much the same stuff they used for bulletproof windows only slightly thinner".
