Here is a molting hissing cockroach. It grew quite a bit, I would say about 50% longer. I've noticed that when a hisser is approaching a molt, they get white bands between their abdominal segments (the underlying new exo-skeleton, still visible in the old skeleton) and they appear fat (i.e. busting at the seams).
