i told you there were some gravid females in that batch!!!

one of those females in there had babies and most of them escaped into my house, they are cute lil buggers, i fed most of them to my ant lions

i just saw babies in my hisser container. not sure how many escaped thru the vents on the top f the kritter keeper they are in lol
they are all black buggers

hey! i posted here 4 months ago... and i still feel jealousy and slightly anxious, mostly anxious. my 15 hissers matured in august and i am still anxious to have nymphs.

seeing that nymph picture sparked my impatience. how long does hisser gestation last and how many nymphs can a single birth provide?

oh my i have about 100 babies now and gave away and or fedd out all but 4 adults lol

20-30 babies each month. Try uping your temps and make sure they have adequate hiding places and good food.

About the only place you will find roaches for sale in Ausrialia is the insect farm or http://www.herpshop.com.au/ . You will never be able to get these blaberus species or hissers there because it is very illegal to ship them there and nobody would do it. This place carries lobsters but I think that is it.
