My female hisser just popped out a sac about an hour ago.

What is the little yellow sac filled with fluid?

That's an aborted oothacae (maybe I spelled that right). It's essentially an egg sack that won't hatch now. Hissers have to give birth to their young from inside.

To mee it looks as though the Ootheca has been ejected, instead of extended and pulled back in after fertilization, and the roach is suffering some type of prolapse.
If you go to the following link and scroll down you can see a hisser with Ootheca extended.

The small dull yellow bean looking thing was hanging from her butt (as seen in the picture above the first grey rock). I came home today and now it has broken open and is leaking a white milky substance. This doesn't seem like a good thing for her. I bought her for breeding purposes. Can she not breed anymore? Should I just feed her to my T?

That's not a promising sign. I have kept hissers for years and never had anything like that happen. I have had aborted ooths before, they have usually been about half the size of your ooth. Too bad - that ooth was loaded with babies. Hopefully, she isn't your only female. I wouldn't expect future generations from her, especially since she aborted a perfectly-formed ooth. The aborted ooths from my colony are generally small and deformed.

But why do they "export" :D their ooths outside? it hapened to me too :p
Do you mean abort? Usually this is related to improper diet or the Hissers not having enough moisture, to drink or in the air.

Yeah, i mean abort :D I am feeding with cat food (chicken) and it seem to be good food for them :) they get water from vegetables or fruits, so i don't but any water in their enclosure.

Thanx.
