Hi,
I'm a bit new and finally got some pics to share, so I figured now would be the time to introduce myself.
My name is Bluma, and I am a spider addict (Hi Bluma!)
I have had a few T's starting with a rose haired named...Rosa (original, I know). She was purchased for a photoshoot I modeled in and I fell in love with her. She was an escape artist, and had a good disposition, although I didn't handle her much. I ended up giving her to a friend when I moved.
The second Rose haired is Guadalupe. She is very friendly and s.l.o.w. I have used her in demos at my daughters school, and she was great with the kids. Lupe likes to crash out on my laptop, settling her little rump on the warm part.
Our next was a pink toe named Juanita. She passed away last week, but was here long enough to see her molt from brown to a pretty blue/black.
Her predecessor is Jesus (hey-zoos). He is a friendly fellow...speedy and jumpy! I expect a molt soon...
I went from entomology to engineering, specializing in automotive and collecting vintage VWs...I went from Beetles to Beetle!
Anyhew, here are some pictures of the kids and their "apartments". They live in my bedroom, to the delight of my occasional overnight guest...
I look forward to interacting with you all and reading your posts.
Bluma
