I caught a gravid L. Hesperus at my job site a few weeks ago that laid a sack in captivity. I let her tend to it for a while until it got real dark and then moved it to another container with wire mesh for the spiderlings webbing. Using some forceps I did a forced hatch on the eggsack and it literally exploded in the container. I probably have between 100-150 slings. I'm planning on letting them all cannibalize until I am left with one apha female. Its pretty exciting so far.
