Hello everyone. I have the opportunity to get some hemiscorpius lepturus. They're crazy expensive though so I'm not sure if I want them. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with or knows what temperature to keep them at etc. btw I will neither be handling nor being intentionally stung by these guys should I get them.

If there crazy expensive, you might wanna get a beginner species. I wouldn’t spend a lot on one without doing research. Try using the search function. I’ve only kept an emperor scorpion once.

Yeah thanks for the advice but I'm not really a beginner when it comes to scorpions. I've owned quite a few over the years. I looked briefly for the temp to keep them at but wasn't successful at finding it. Perhaps I could just look up the temps in the area where they live.

Basra has up to 40°C, i assume typical Dessert scorpion care in upper temperatures around 28-35°C.

To make sure, giorgio molisani had them and so did Mark Stockmann. Both E-Mails aviable @goologle.
