Help with my whipscorpion (vinegaroon) - immature or mature?

Recently I bought a pair of whipscorpion (Hypoctonus siamensis), but there is a significant difference in size between female and male. Usually, in tarantulas and scorpions, female is larger than male, but in this case, the female is smaller than the male, so I am not sure if the female is fully mature adult or juvenile that have not yet fully grown. Here are some photos:

: female genital sternite

Is there anyone who can determine whether this female is mature or not? Also, I would like to check the original description of Hypoctonus siamensis to see the female size and shape of the genital. Is there any online links or homepages where I can read the literature?

Thank you for your help! According to the literature, it seems most likely to be T. dalyi or T. tarnanii. (Obviously, it is not Hypoctonus siamensis!) The male clearly resembles T. dalyi, but the shape of the female genital operculum (1st abdominal sternum) was different with the original description by Pocock (1900), , and more similar to T. tarnanii by Haupt's literature. Both individuals were collected from the same area, so maybe they are T. tarnanii? Here's the illustrations by Haupt:

and this is the key to species of the male T. dalyi and T. tarnanii:

Any chance of some close up photos of the male palps, against a light background?
