Help with molting

One of my unindentifed blaberus is moulting, it is in the same position for two hours. Is something wrong? how long does it take?

its the first molting of this kind of roach i see...

Something is definetly wrong because the wings have already started to develop, I think the roaches head skin got stuck or there isnt enough moisture in the enclosure. Did the roach make it?
