I just got my pacman frog about a week ago. I've noticed some mold growing in the enclosure. I'm keeping it in a medium critter keeper with plastic wrap over the top with some holes poked in it. The mold i saw was quickly removed. Do i have to replace the substrate? I'm new to keeping pets in high humidity enclosures.

Scratch my first comment, i know sub is supposed to be damp for this species. A pic would be greatly appreciated :)

I do keep the substrate wet. If i was to grab a chunk of it and squeeze it, water would come out. I'm use 3 inches of eco earth as the substrate , then topped half of the cage with moss. I could get some pics later if that would help. Does lighting have play in whether mold grows or not?

Pics would help my friend. Technically yes, lack of lighting can encourage whatever mold is in the cage. Do you have night and day cycles for your frog?
