Hello! This is my first ever spider so I’m not sure if I’m overreacting or not. I know for a fact he is a mature adult and I have had him for a few months now for some context. He built his nest in the top of his enclosure and that’s where he hung out most of the time, he would regularly walk around and explore etc but as of a few days ago he decided to build another little nest more towards the bottom of the enclosure, he doesn’t really walk around and explore the top anymore and yesterday I saw him sitting in the bottom next to the cricket I fed him but he wasn’t interested in eating it.is this normal behavior? Yes, totally normal for mature males. It's more than likely a sperm web down low rather than its new home.
