Help with ID of mystery snake?

A co-worker of mine found this snake in his neighbor's yard. I am hoping someone could help with the identification. The location is Cincinnati, Ohio.

Definitely a Ratsnake of some kind...probably a baby Black Ratsnake.

That is a baby Black Rat Snake, definately not a venomous snake at all.
