help with arachnogallery

Don't know if this is the right section to be posting in but O well.

Hey guys. I have been putting some pictures in the ArachnoGallery for a while but when I see the thumbnail I only see this

And everyone else's shows their picture. WTF am I doing wrong??

I want mine to be normal!

That's probably because you are uploading in .bmp format, while the others are .jpg.
