My jumping spider is a phippidus Clarus and recently he has been exhibiting weird behavior. He’s grown fairly unresponsive to things he used to be scared about, he refuses any water I offer him, and he completely ignores all food. The biggest abnormalities are the fact that he refuses to jump at all perfering to lay webbing down and just walk and he can’t climb on the walls of his enclosure anymore. What’s wrong with him and what can I do for him?

Sounds like maybe premolt behavior and symptoms, but really need good pics of the spider and the enclosure to help more than that.

I agree with the premolt behavior. My juveniles used to snap at me when I would offer water/food. Just make sure to keep your humidity up and try dropping a few drops of water near the nest.
