She was fine earlier but now she is motion less. I even picked her up and she didn’t move at all and I don’t now what’s wrong

Looks dead but I would not had moved it until a day or so later incase it was molting. But that’s unlikely in that position . As upright is rare but happens, get pictures of above the tank anything sharp?

I'm really sorry for Her.

NEVER HANDLE DURING PREMOLT/ MOLT/ POST MOLT (They are EXTREMELY Vulnerable during this process) Post Mortum inevitable.

It is risky in several ways even when not in molt.
You may be tranfering any number of harmful agents through direct contact.
It can also induce Stress, and obviously the risk of dropping.

I try to Handel her as little as positively but I wanted to flip her to make it easier if this is a molt

Don’t tarantulas curl up when they die?

Have you tried putting a drop of water on her fangs or putting her mouth parts in her water dish?

It is difficult to tell by pics alone sometimes. How old is she?
I would wait a couple of days before reaching to a conclusion...
If worse comes to worst I am really sorry for your loss.
