I’m hoping you all can help me with what’s going on with my female, 4 y/o (so I’ve been told) A. seemanni.

I thought she was going into pre-molt because she started slightly balding on her abdomen about 4 weeks ago, she’s got the juicy booty (lol), and she refused food for 7 weeks, but then she finally took a Dubia 2 weeks ago. Didn’t eat last night when I tried to feed her, and it’s when I noticed this line and spot on her left booklung.
I’ve also noticed that she has been stilting the last 3 days as well, in her hide. Now she’s been on TOP of her hide stilting since yesterday afternoon, which is very abnormal for her, normally she remains in her hide unless she wants a stroll and stretch.
I haven’t changed her substrate since late July. I mist one wall of her enclosure 1x/every 7-14 days (depending on the room climate). She’s in a 10 gallon low profile terrarium with a soil/coir mix and leaf litter. Water changed every 3-5 days.

The pictures:
-Red circle: booklung of concern… swollen with a dark line running along the bottom
-Green circle: her other normal-looking booklung

I’m worried about my Jolie girl… she was my first T, so any help in identifying the issue and what can be done for her is greatly appreciated 🖤

If it's still eating and is acting normally, it's fine.

Thank you for the re-assurance 🩵

She didn’t eat the last time I fed her a dubia this week, for a whole 24 hours. And the constant stilting is not normal for her.

She looks pretty chunky so I wouldn't worry too much about her not eating for awhile. Is the substrate wetter or dryer than usual?
The stilting, although quite silly looking, isn't a concerning behaviour as far as I'm aware.
I think all you can do for now is keep her water dish full, wait, and document any changes.
I hope everything turns out ok!

I see the circles- but pic is out of focus. Helps if you look at the image by enlarging before posting

I can see individual hairs in that second pic there. When did she last molt? It almost looks like a stuck piece of exuviae. Does she sit in her water dish?

It’s normal for an A Seemani to not eat for a while, sounds normal to sit on top of her hide.

Don’t mist, causes more harm than good.

An Aphonopelma not eating for months and from to time even years, is not unheard of.

A bald abdomen is in no way, shape or form a sign of pre-molt....its just a sign that the t flicked hair.
she’s got the juicy booty (lol), and she refused food for 7 weeks, but then she finally took a Dubia 2 weeks ago. Didn’t eat last night when I tried to feed her,
Fat ts do not need food.
I haven’t changed her substrate since late July.
substrate never just has to be changed, it doesnt go bad....I have a t on the same sub for 25years.....changing sub just upsets the t and causes it to have to re-acclimate.
I mist one wall of her enclosure 1x/every 7-14 days (depending on the room climate)
Misting is pointless....you should stop this practice. A seemani is a moisture dependent species, what you should be doing is pouring water down the side...this will keep the deeper substrate damp.....the surface moisture is meaningless.
-Red circle: booklung of concern… swollen with a dark line running along the bottom
As there isnt anything to do, just wait till after its next molt, the issue should be fixed at that point....if its not, now you have a question....till then it could be any number of inconsequential things.

Looks healthy to me despite that little bump. She is the size of Jupiter doesn’t need more food. Normal behavior also sitting ontop her hide.
