@attenboroughii, any insights?
Do you know what their life cycle is? I'm finding all different answers. I would like to know how soon after laying eggs do they hatch and when to remove them from the mom.

have you red through the post?

i am not an expert sadly, perhaps attenboroughii or someone else will have an answer for you, but it seems to be a different species than the ones he is working with

in the meantime it would surely help if you provide all you know about your animal

what species is it, where does it come from, wild caught or captive bred, etc. etc.

I'm thinking from that pic that you won't need to worry about removing them from the female - it doesn't look like she could survive that. My guess is that this is a wild caught specimen that was extremely gravid at the time of collection and wasn't able to lay eggs when it should have because of it, so it eventually ruptured as the eggs continued to develop. Has she moved at all? Any update?

This sad occurrence reiterates the importance of captive breeding.

As far as I know, soligugae sometimes lay eggs in an upside down or sideways inverted position.
My breeding solifugae, especially those from drier areas, have so far never laid eggs in clumps like this, but it seems normal for some species.
If they grow well, the babies will eventually emerge from the egg chamber on their own.
The growth rate of solifugae in Egypt depends on the temperature at which they are maintained, so it is difficult to give a general answer.

Humidity control was important for Egyptian Rhagodes.
Dry but slightly moist conditions are preferred.

That is unfortunate.
I have heard that some species eat eggs.
Please don't be discouraged, as I don't think there was any mistake in the breeding conditions.
Rhagodes in Egypt only lay eggs once, though,
Galeodes and Paragaleodes can lay eggs again.
Maybe she will spawn again.

It seems similar to this solifugae.
It may be helpful.
