Hey, sorry for opening a threat, but I have no other way to communicate. I can neither start a conversation nor upload pictures in the Photos section. I get the message that my capacities are exhausted. Is this a bug or intentional and I didn't read the rules carefully enough?

Messages are definitely limited, if you're out of space you gotta start deleting old ones. Idk about pics but presumably it's similar.
