Hello!
so i know that most baboon spiders are quite prolific webbers, and i just absolutely love the look of baboons! But i was just wondering what other species except of P murinus that are absolute beasts at webbing? Being affordable and visible is also a plus point, but lemme hear all of your answers!

Thsnk you in advance, Maman

Not quite as affordable as P. murinus, but H. pulchripes is one of my heaviest webbers.
H pulchripes is gorgeous! But they are sooo expensive over here, 1-2cm slings are sold off at the equivalent of 70$

The Ceratogyrus genus also webs a lot and is quite affordable and easy to come by.
Oh yeap! Will def be getting into them again after i sell off my darlingi that turned out to be a MM!

M. balfouri is another good webber, but can also a little bit on the pricey side.

The Chilobrachys genus has a lot to offer. Almost all heavy webbers. C. fimbriatus is one of the most common, but you have also there C huahini and C dyscolus (Electric Blue), one of my favs.

I haven’t kept any yet but I think Heterothele gabonensis/villosella are heavy webbers. Cute little baboons too!

Oh chilos are absolute marvels! I was planning on getting a dyclosus, but i instead opted for a pokie because of price reasons lol. A big regret on my part because now the breeder's C dyclosus are all sold out :'(

I haven't even heard of them yet! I don't think anyone is selling them atm in Indonesia :p

E. pachypus if you can find them. My female is a heavy webbing pet hole. Males are harder to come by.
