Hiya

I am looking to get into the hobby by starting with some true spiders, most of their heat requirements seems to be 22-28 celsuis, but I live in Ireland where it is cold most of the time and the heat in my room at the minute is only 18 celsius and especially in the winter it is incredibly cold. Even in the summer it would never really get above 24 celsius.

What are the safest options to provide heat for T's and true spiders?

Never window light! Use a natural light source that is not by a window. Keep the enclosure away because the enclosure can overheat. Natural light will do as long as it has a day and night cycle.

Yes lighting is not a problem it's the actual temperature of the room it's very cold for any tropical species or just species in general that require a higher heat or live in any other warmer climate than Ireland.

Heat tape or a heat mat.

You do not need one I am from Ireland unless you keep your heating off all winter long then it’s an issue but your house room temperature should be adequate. Just be mindful of leaving windows open In that room etc

No clue 🕵️‍♀️ what those are in Fahrenheit? But I keep mine around 70-75 Fahrenheit year round.
Heat tape or a heat mat.
This ⬆ or-a Space heater , but those dry cages out quicker if using Space heaters so be weary.
