I am recently having trouble keeping the cage for my monitor to the necessary heating of 95-100 degreese during the day, due to the cold weather. i have a 250 watt heating bulb and it just isnt doing the job. what are some more efficient ways to produce or keep the heat inside the cage. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.:)

What's the difference in temperature? It might be as simple as getting a space heater to heat the room so the heat lamp isn't working so hard to warm things up. 250 watts should be capable of doing the job.
