I've been a bit busy, so I'm just now getting around to posting the pics of my newest arrivals. In early July, my fiance brought me some snake eggs that he got from a lady he works with, she didn't want them anywhere near her house, so he went and got them and brought them to me. Over the weekend, five little baby southern black racers popped out of the eggs. I have never encountered such bitey little baby snakes before.....each one of them has bitten me at least twice since sunday. I plan on releasing them, except maybe one. I want to see how one grows up at least, the others will go into the woods behind my house.
