Does anyone know if it's possible to hatch a hisser egg case in an incubator if the mother died?

I don't think so. Once a mother drops her ooth, there's no chance of it surviving. That has been my experience.

It is possible but highly improbable.

The mother in natural conditions will incubate internally meaning that the mother will supply the egg with all the nutrition and other resources. If you would want to do it artificially you would need a certain gel solution and specific conditions to exactly match the mother's condition.
