Basic laws of physics don't apply.
Went into the bathroom this AM and a large (5 inch or so leg span) female was on the wall above the sink. She ran along the slick ceramic wall tiles, jumped about 10 inches on top of the toilet, Ran a few inches then leaped back onto the wall, ran down it onto the shelf at the end of the bath tub. This is always flooded with water. Ran through the puddle, down to the bottom of the tub then up the other side at an angle, across the tub edge, up more slick time wall then parked on the underside of the very slick ceramic soap dish. After a couple of minutes she strolled out from under, sat on the wall then zoomed up and ran across the ceiling. Sudden acceleration, instant stopping, leaps and landings, flat, vertical, overhead, all angles and surfaces, none of which seemed to have any effect on her movement.
I'm trying and failing to imagine living in a world where terrain has no effect on my mobility. El Capitan the hard way? Give me about 20 minutes.

If she shows up again I'll try to get a picture.

Is it strange that I've had dreams in which I can move like that? There are adaptations in nature that humans would never even think of, let alone understand how to use them beneficially. Thanks for the observations!

My extreme left brain, practical, logical, material, unimaginative is saying you should seek professional help. But I have acrophilia and am a happy camper perched on top of a 300 foot radio tower - as long as I can analyze each movement getting up there and how to get back down. In an airplane I'm analyzing the mechanics of how the plane was constructed and what could go wrong.
Could I think or dream moving like that spider without my analytical mind kicking in? Not a chance. I'd get stuck just figuring out which leg to move next.
I suppose we are all a little mental, each in their own ways. o_O

It appears she came into the house to molt. She was making a mess of webbing about a foot across up at the ceiling in the hall. All terrain speed demons, horrible messy web builders. Molt is the only explanation I can think of for her webbing like that. Would she make a glomp of web just to make an egg sac?
