You may have a hard time finding the pics you're looking for. H incei is small, fast, elusive and spends most of its time underground. Mine never gave me a useable exuvium or came anywhere near to letting me handle it enough to turn it over and get a pic of its naughty bits.

There probably aren't a lot of such pics out there.

I have 1.2 subadults, I'll see if I can get some pictures tonight with my newfound photography skills. ;)

Ok, here we go:

Size reference:

Male:

Female 1:

Female 2:

With the male, you can see the square shape that lacks hair.

I hope these pictures are helpful. I can upload and post them a little larger if anyone would like.

When your H Incei molts, put the molt in warm water with a drop of dish soap for about 5 minutes ( only if it's dry) look at the spermathecae (located: pedipalps) look for 2 little dots. If you see 2 little dots then it's a female. Because it's a small species it may be hard to see, magnification recommended

Where is it?
The spermathecae are an internal reproductive organ present in females. They are where sperm is stored after mating and prior to egg laying.

Since spermathecae are internal, you can't see them just by looking at live spider, but when a female molts, you can see the spermathecae if the exuviae/molt is prepared correctly.

The exact appearance of the spermathecae will vary by species (and maturity of the specimen), so you will want to look at Neoholothele incei pictures. However, this is the general area (inside the exuviae) that you are looking for:
