Two weeks ago I was really surprised to see this emerging from the pupa! I thought it was a male, because I saw the spot on it, but after it pupated I had a clue it won't be a regular male:D I saw it emerging with my friend, but I can only post pics of it later.

One half of the pronotum is shiny with a little horn and the other is hairy:




There's also a little horn on the head:



The elytra are ribbed like on a female:



But has male genitalia:

At first I didn't think it was very big until I saw you holding it. Pretty cool, thanks for posting the pics.

I showed it to our museum's curator, but he wasn't interested so much. I can't find too much information on them, but I think they are pretty rare in nature. Have any of you come across one?
