They can grow quickly if you feed them often, keep their temperatures optimal, gutload their feeders, and ensure that they aren't carrying any detrimental parasites. I've had some leos hit their full-grown size (60+ grams) in 6-7 months of age.
ive had mine since they were 6 or 8 weeks old, and they were pretty big by 6 months and havt grown much since... dunno the grams since i dont have anything to weigh them by, but my friend has had her gecko for about 7 months since it was a baby and hes bigger than mine
