Growth on my Centipede?

Hey all, I made this account to ask this question, I can't find any info online about centipede injuries. My S. dehaani, Hermaeus Mora, just came out of his hidey hole after a few weeks underground for a good long drink, I just noticed this weird growth on him. I sprayed his gently with the mister and it didn't move, even a light nudge with long tongs showed me it was connected. Could it be a fungal thing, or a parasite? He's in a 20gal long tank with a coco fiber/repti soil mix. Layer of moss on top to hold humidity in the soil since he loves the dig very much. Is it an injury from molting? I've had him for 2 years and he's such a cool guy, I would love to know any advice to help him get better. Thanks

I am not an expert but it does look like mycosis (a fungal infection) to me.

I’m not an expert on diseases/infections in the species but I do know that there isn’t much you can do medically. He may just have to endure it, but again, I’m very new the the hobby so take this with a grain of salt.

seems like mycosis, so I would lower the humidity for sure. S. dehaani is a tropical species, so Id assume that for it To develop mycosis it would have to be sopping wet in the enclosure , but then again Ive never dealt with mycosis before
