I've made one of my big dreams come true and now I'm about a week into caring for my own Tliltocatl albopilosus-- though people here call them Brachypelma albopilosum and that's seriously easier to pronounce! 
She's an adult and the previous owner confirmed it's a female. I call her Pretzel.
