I purchased a green lynx spider last month but two arrived. They are extremely small and I have them both in the same deli cup. Are they fine or should I separate them? They have plenty of fruit flies to keep them fed.

Separate them, they will cannibalize eventually

I'd change 'eventually' to inevitably. If you observe these spiders hunting, they often pounce prey and deliver a bite in milliseconds. Their only knowledge of what prey is a few signals picked up by their setae from the other side of a leaf or flower petal. Mistaken identity a certainty even if they are benevolent to each other.
It's not all that uncommon for a lynx or some crab spiders to get carried off by a prey many times their size. Large flies, bees, moths, butterflies or even wasps. Leap before you look and OOOPS.

One of the bio students at a local university had an absurd photo of a green Lynx perched atop a good sized Nephila. Delusions of grandeur?
