Greater anglewing katydid care?

I will be receiving 20 microcentrum rhombifolium eggs and I have found no information on their care or the care of the eggs. I want to know what their host plants are, the care of the eggs, the care of the nymphs, and the care of them in general.

Sorry it's a bit late, but I've kept some katydids that I believe were anglewings using just lettuce leaves (washed of course). I personally kept them without a substrate (you may need something since yours will have to molt, mine were all adults, and I'm assuming you're setting up a breeding colony) since their feces tends to mold, at least when fed lettuce. Hope this helps!
