I love grasshoppers but I can't find any in my area. I think I saw one yesterday but there was no way I could catch it without a net :-(
I'd like to see pics too. Grasshoppers are cool.

All your base are belong to us? ;)

Grasshoppers would make good invert food I suppose. But how do you get around those massive kicking legs of thunder? Pinch them off similar to a cricket's legs?

I throw them into wild spider webs when I find both and they're the fastest thing to ruin a web and potentially injure the spider. Nothing like strong kicking legs with sharp spines on them.

I guess when you get to be an adult Tarantula's size, its mostly a moot point. :p

They're all around my yard, I let all the weeds and everything grow just so I can catch some good ones so they're a bunch of different species all thrown in together, Don't have pics but I'll take some later on

I leave the legs on I just give them one that's not the same size as them so they can't really hurt them, I used to pinch off the legs but sometimes they wouldn't get eaten so I felt bad after that
