Got an H.mac. today!

Got my first H. macalata today. Very fast but very pretty. Got him moved into a proper enclosure as he was in a flat deli. Kim

Havent gotten that far yet! Feeding tommorow & making some pvc pipe "sticks" in my arboreal enclosures to see if they will not mold like real wood does. Kim

sweet......i understand... i try not to get the wood wet...so it doesnt mold up as fast... what type of wood do u use?

Congrats! H.mac's are a great T. Super fast to, only thing I have found faster would be an S.cal :)

And here I thought this was family friendly forum, lol. Sorry its my husband rubbing off on me!

Seriously now, I try not to get the wood wet either but Ive used numerous kinds of wood & Im switching over to synthetic items. I thought since I use alot of pvc pipe, I would try it. I will update on this thread & let everyone know how & if it works. Kim

Congratulations! One of the most beatiful T's out there!! Don't know about "balls of steel", but you certainly have more balls than I have! (I'm a naturally born coward.. lol!)

They ARE speedy little things... and mine has been reeeaaaallly slow growing so far!
