A week ago I was at a local reptile expo and OF COURSE couldn't leave without purchasing anything.
It was a small gathering, and the selection wasn't too varied, so i picked out a simple G. rosea sling to add to my collection (i also have a C. cyaneopubescens and an A. new river, both slings).
I have named him/her (sex unknown) 'October', and she seems to be making herself right at home. I had a coconut hide that was too big, so i cut it in half and set it on it's side to create a hide for her...but she had other ideas, and did some remodeling. It's been interesting to watch her rolling up balls of substrate and moving it around.
I got a few pictures, but they're not the best. I really need a better lens for my camera! The blue thing in the second pic is a small decorative 'stone.'
