Gorgyrella sp.

Just got this little bugger...

Hasn't made it's burrow yet, but that's a "starter" hole I made for it. Too bad I won't see it that much once it digs, but I can get a few good looks in now! :)

Beast is right LOL! He was trying to get me through his enclosure! Very cool little animal. I have been wanting one forever and I am very happy. Now I need a few more :) Does anyone breed these things?

im just about to get a few of these can you not make a burrow by the glass so you can see him??

Do you buy black form?
Do you observe trapdoor spider's behavior?
I don't keep this mygalomorph spider until now
However,they are very nice because their strong body
I also like them beside tarantulas ;)

Probably - I'm sure it's no different than any other burrower, but I felt it would impede it's ability to build it's "trap door" if it was too close to the glass.

Bought from Dean at Northwest Invertebrates
It hasen't done much yet. Just watching me and trying to escape.
They are definately cool - but T's are just as neat.
