good news and bad

well first the bad news: My H. Maculata didn't survive the molt. I think between losing the leg and the exposure to the drop in tempature(44 degrees) on saturday night(with windows open and fan blowing) that did it in.

As for the good news it looks like my obt molted to my surprise. It must have molted in it's burrow cause it came out looking nice and big. Yeah!!!! =D =D =D

sorry to hear about that.... that's quite the drop in temperature though!

well, it's hard to say because I've only been able to catch a few glimpses of him. He tends to run into his burrow whenever I pick up his jar but I'd say hes close to 3/4" to 1". He's shot webbing all over the place though, it's pretty cool. It's like he's saying I'm bigger and badder then ever!! LOL!!

Sorry to here about the bad molt but Congrads on the OBT molt just wait till it gets older you might be calling your what we call ours the orange She Devil lol
